Customers can enroll in jewellery advance purchase plans, check passbooks, make payments, set up UPI autopay, raise redeem requests, verify KYC, and add nominee details.
4. How are payments processed?
Payments made by customers are processed by Proficonlabs Pvt. Ltd. on behalf of the jeweller and settled to the jeweller instantly.
5. Can customers withdraw cash through the service?
No, customers cannot withdraw cash through PassbookApp.
6. Who is responsible for payment-related charges?
All payment-related charges, including transaction fees, UPI mandate creation, and split payment charges, are borne by the jewellers.
7. How are messages sent to customers?
Messages sent to customers will be sent via PassbookApp with the jeweller's name included in the templates.
